In pokemon pearl I found a Regigigas statue and I cant figure out the riddle?

the writing on statue says "a body of rock a body of ice a body of steel, when gathers three the king shall appear" idk what to do or where to get the pokemon. I think I need heatran which I have but idk where to get 'a body of rock' and 'a body of ice'
