Two things come to mind: 1) You could make stir fry rice with all those ingredients ( minus the lettuce maybe, it doesn't really have much nutrition value anyway). 2) If you don't want to make the rice, try adding different spices like pepper, salt, chili powder, you said BBQ which is pretty good, soy sauce maybe, teryaki sauce is great, ranch...etc. And yeah, obviously that's really healthy stuff you're eating
