Uncut Dragonball Z Kai Part One Season One DVD?

In the Scene where Piccolo shoots his Special Beam Cannon at Raditz and Goku, the blood is gone with the only exception of Raditz having blood inside his mouth and (no homo) goku's and gohans genitals are covered in weird ways, in the opening scene of the first episode, it looks like goku doesent have an genitals, later when hes found by Grandpa Gohan, same problem as opening and after gohan is turned to normal after he turned into a great ape, his tail randomly covers his genitals then goes back behind him which kinda makes it feel like im watching this on tv with the censorship crap, can someone explain why in the dvd is this, its says UNCUT?
