My hands suddenly smell like garlic or onions?

I just made a fruit smoothie and I smelled my hands and they smelled naaasssttttyyyy. But it's very faint. Is it all in my head? What can I do to make it go away.? I washed my hand about 7 times and used a bunch of scented lotions and hand sanitizer
