I have a marching band situation.?

Heres the deal. I've been playing the flute for 3 almost 4 years. I recently picked up piccolo too. & I'm learning the french horn as well. I really LOVE being a brass instrument. I like it more than woodwind. I'm in concert band & marching band and i have no idea which instrument to play in which. I mean my original idea was horn in concert band, pic in marching band. But the brass line is badass...i mean theyre pretty beast. I really want to be apart of that. And in concert band, i have ALOT of competition. I mean half the people play flute. But i like flute a lot too (i kinda suck at piccolo though). So i dont know if i should just drop flute & piccolo & play french horn in marching band AND concert band, or play one in each different class. (My band director has a marching french horn I can use). I'm still renting my piccolo, its not mine yet & i havnt yet gotten a french horn, ive been using my friends extra one. So any input? Gimme some ideas PLEASE!
