Im starting to really care about my body, what do you reccommend?

I'm thinking of getting a few more things to get healthier. This summer I really want to start getting my body in better shape, especially since I drink more now. Not like every weekend or after work or something but more than I used to since I'm legal now and actually go to bars and stuff. Along with aloe, olive oil, healthy smoothies and vitamins I've been looking for other more natural things. I'll be purchasing biotin and melatonin. I already take a multi vitamin. So what do you think and suggest? (Btw of course I do eat healthy as well, e.g. Milk, fruit, lean meat and salmon, veggies, salads etc)
