Is this meal good for a diet?

Is this just one meal? Because that is way too much just for one meal and yes lentils have a lot of calories. They are healthy but you can't over eat them and so does bagels and cream cheese and your fiber one bars. What you could cut out, if it's one meal, is your bars and the bagel and 1 egg. An egg with tomatoes and lentils is enough for one meal.
