Wear can I find a Piccolo costume?

In Dragon Ball/Z/GT Piccolo is wearing a outfit. Gohan even makes a replica for him to wear. Well theres a spirit week at school and I want to know where I can find a good one and not one of those cheap $10 howlows eve ones like a real one.
