What is the medieval heirarachy?

Most of the answers on here don't seem to get the point. What I am asking is what order do all the people come in. I know that the Pope would be first, then the King/Queen but after that I am confused. I would like Knights, Noblemen, Peasants and Villeins included please. Just a list would be nice...
