Can someone add up my calories and fat?
Thats really unspecific be cause you haven't said the amount assuming your eating 3/4ths of a bowl of cocoa puffs then thats 160 calories chickpeas arent to many calories, white rice is very caloric probably about 300-400 and chappati with massala fish is about 700 calories and a smoothie (assuming its 12 ounces and is viscous) is about 300 calories so your standing about 1700 calories ruffly but the way to lose weight is eat less more frequently. Eat protein to help your body burn fat, eat natural foods ones with preservatives will prevent your body from breaking it down properly and turning it into fat. If your going to drink a smoothie dont have it with a meal it ruins the whole point of it. Im currently taking in around 1200calories a day at most. Ive lost 60lbs just drinking jasmine green tea because it has theanine and niacin which help breakdown 66% of fat, usually eat 1 bowl of a cereal a day, 1 smoothie, and usually one serving of lean protein. Also exercise freaquently throughout the day doing little things such as pushups for 30seconds to a minute 5-6 times a day
